It began on Sept 12, and it won't end until April 29th 2007. I wouldn't be so upset, but the retarded school is missing 3 of my needed textbooks. I can't believe people pay so much money to go to such a pathetic institution such as UTM.

Why do I play at PokerStars?
You've heard this rant before, but I honestly wonder if I wasn't destined to win anything on that site.
Triple Shootout - $2.20 entry fee - Top 2 get an entry into Sunday Million
Blinds 100-200 HU
Me BB(3900): Q-10
Dude SB (5100): 9-9
Me: Raise to 400
Dude: Calls
Flop: A-Q-8
Me (after long pause): Raise to 1200

Me (after pause): Calls

Why bother playing when you make a great read on a guy, and lose anyway to a 2-outer?
RiverStars strikes again. Terrible. This is a guy who went all in earlier with pocket 3s with a board of A-K-10 to an idiot who had A-2 and then gets his 3 on the river again...fucking idiots can't play poker. I wish I could afford the larger games, where retardation seems less likely to occur. Fuck.

Long awaited (and ignored) update
I won $25 over the course of 2 days in freeroll grinding. I came 2nd for $20 in a small $100 prize pool tourney, and $5 for coming in 10th at another tourney the day later.
This brings the br just around $442 cdn. I might be able to make the 500 mark before years end I hope :)
It sucks since one of my big freeroll sources no longer has the weekend 200 euro freerolls I lurve so much.

Mini Grind - Finale
Well I cleared it, and this time was money up. $19.22 from $15 instead of $83 from $100. Woo!

Although not as daunting as the first grind, I'm facing another small bonus to grind out at Party. If I get 150 raked hands, I can clear $15. Not bad. A bit of tournament money for sure :)
